Not Just a Dog Daycare—A Learning Experience
We are Colorado's first Canine Montessori and Puppy Development Center. We believe every dog is a unique individual, capable of learning, exploring, and thriving in an environment designed to engage their natural instincts. Inspired by Montessori principles, we provide an enrichment-based approach to canine education and daycare, ensuring that your pup experiences a day filled with purposeful play, learning, and socialization.

Our program focuses on positive reinforcement and relationship-building through games, clicker training, and rewards.
Our dog-to-trainer ratio is 10 to 1, making it the lowest ratio anywhere.
We have moved beyond traditional dog daycare and enrichment adds-ons. Our dog school combines basic training, enrichment, and social interactions with other dogs all in one monthly package. We offer a full daily schedule of enrichment activities, learning, play, free time and rest tailored to your pup's interests. Daily pictures, reports and health checks are included.
We believe in developing strong, trusting relationships with every pup in our care. True connections are built over time through positive interactions, patience, and consistency. Each dog receives dedicated one-on-one time with a team member every day, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and engaged.
Dogs thrive on predictability. At Pinecone Pups, our daily schedule is consistent from drop-off to pick-up, including free time, work periods, and rest periods, providing a safe and comfortable environment for your dogs. Our groups of dogs don’t change day to day, ensuring a stable and familiar social setting. We require dogs to come on the same days every week, promoting a routine that dogs love.
We love Puppies!! Our puppy fundamentals program is a great way to help your new best friend excel. By concentrating on focus, self control and confidence we provide the building blocks for life long learning.
Your dog's health is important to us. That's why we use Acana Freshwater Fish Recipe kibble as our house food and treats. That's why we don't have any hard concrete or artificial turf in our yard. And that's why we do twice daily health checks.
