Strength and conditioning class for your dog! Build front, rear and core strength, and improve or maintain cardio fitness. Suitable for all dogs from 6 months to seniors, tiny to giant and from inactive to super dog. Learn ways to exercise your dog indoors and outdoors in small spaces. Exercises can be modified for all ability and fitness levels. Side effects may include increased confidence!
Dogs will remain on lead and not interact with each other, but it is important that your dog be non-reactive to people and dogs.
The 50 minute class includes a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down, and will be a combination of learning movements and exercise sets.
Proof of vaccination required.
