Getting started at Pinecone Pups
A few programs are ready to book the moment you are. Others start with a quick visit so we can meet your dog first. Here's exactly how each one works.

How booking works?
Pinecone Pups runs two kinds of booking, and knowing which one you need saves you a trip through our portal.
Book Directly
Group Classes
Private Training
Assessments and ongoing lessons can be scheduled the moment you create your account. No visit required first.

That's it, you're booked!
Start with a facility tour
Canine Montessori School
Park Rentals
Both programs start with a facility tour.
This is deliberate, not a formality. We want to meet your dog, see how they settle in, and talk through the right fit before reserving a spot.
1
Schedule your facility tour
This part is self-service. Book it directly through our portal.
2
Meet the team and walk the space with your dog
3
We take it from there
Once we've confirmed the right program and days, our team sets up your enrollment.
You won't find Montessori or Park Rental as self-booking options in the portal. That's intentional.
Creating your account
All scheduling at Pinecone Pups (tours, classes, private lessons) happens through our online portal. Here's how to get set up.
